Exception: "no work no pay" applies for daily - paid employees not working on special non - working on special non - working holiday.
NOTE: For monthly - paid employees, the monthly salary is deemed to include all premium pay for holidays, although unworked subject to rules and regulations as may be issued by DOLE.
